This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
Owner: SLY Car Rentals LLC — (844) 511-4059 — info@slytrans.com
Renter: Individual providing booking details including full name, address, phone number, email, driver's license, and date of birth.
Renter and any authorized driver must:
Only drivers approved by SLY Car Rentals LLC may operate the vehicle.
Rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the booking. Vehicle must be returned to the agreed location at the scheduled return time.
Economy cars (Camry): A 2-hour grace period is provided. After the grace period: up to 4 hours late — $50 late fee; more than 4 hours late — renter will be charged an additional full day rental rate.
Continued failure to return the vehicle may result in additional charges, recovery action, and reporting of the vehicle as unlawfully withheld where permitted by law.
Renter agrees NOT to:

Mileage is unlimited within Los Angeles County or within a 50-mile radius. Travel outside this area requires prior written approval.

Tracking is not used for continuous personal surveillance beyond enforcement of rental terms. By renting, renter consents to this use.
Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel shortages will be charged at $5 per gallon.
Economy cars (Camry): No security deposit is required.
Renter must provide proof of valid personal auto insurance that includes liability coverage and extends to rental vehicles. SLY Car Rentals does not provide liability insurance.
Renter is solely responsible for all third-party claims, including:
If renter does not carry valid insurance, renter assumes full personal financial responsibility for all damages and liabilities.
The Damage Protection Plan ("DPP") is an optional add-on that limits the renter's financial responsibility for damage to the rented vehicle ONLY. The DPP is NOT insurance and does not provide liability coverage.
Protection Plan Options:
Important Coverage Limitation: The DPP applies ONLY to the rented vehicle. It does NOT cover other vehicles, property damage, injuries or death, or any third-party liability. Renter remains fully responsible for all third-party claims.
How Charges Are Applied: Protection cost = daily rate × rental days. Added at checkout.
Eligibility: SLY Car Rentals reserves the right to require a protection plan or deny rental if insurance is insufficient.
Exclusions (Coverage Void If):
If any of the above occur, renter is fully responsible for all damages.
All accidents or damage must be reported within 24 hours. Failure to report may result in full financial responsibility.
All charges are due at booking or pickup. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Returned payment fee: $35.
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except:
Renter authorizes SLY Car Rentals to charge payment method on file for:
Charges may be processed after rental if discovered later.
By completing this booking, you authorize SLY Rides to charge the payment method provided for all rental-related charges, including but not limited to:
Late return policy:
All charges may be processed automatically using the payment method on file without additional notice.
If a charge cannot be processed, the renter remains responsible for the full balance and may be restricted from future bookings until resolved.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Renter agrees that this Agreement, along with photos, GPS records, inspection reports, and communication logs, constitutes valid proof of service and authorization of charges. Renter remains responsible for all valid charges.
SLY Car Rentals may terminate rental for violation of terms, unsafe use, or non-payment. Renter is responsible for all recovery costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, SLY Car Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SLY Car Rentals from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from vehicle use.
This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County.
By completing booking and/or taking possession of the vehicle, renter confirms:
